Balakrishna Sappa continues to rise to every challenge presented within the BI role and go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients. In the Q3-Q4 of 2012, he led the development efforts for the build out of an analytical view of the open pipeline. This became an offshoot of the past work that Bala has done with the open pipeline dashboard and would provide the business much needed drilldown analysis. Bala has taken the requirements that the business had submitted, interpreted them into technical requirements, constructed a data model and process, worked with the technology team through development, testing and deployment and in the end has presented a finished product to meet the full need of the business. This is just one example of the knowledge and capabilities that he provides as a consistently high performer and contributor to our team. Throughout the last two quarters of the year, Bala has also formed very good repor and relationship with our technology team. He has partnered with members of the team to work through any coding that he is putting in place for these types of BI efforts. Bala also continues to be called upon as a SME for SQL optimization, a mentor to other teammates and a consultant with technical requirements or issues. Bala, Thank you for all of your hard work and your continued willingness to exceed expectations!
